Cricballlz account and data deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your Cricballlz account, and the data linked to it, from the Cricballlz mobile app. You can do this yourself inside the app at any time. You do not need to contact us or wait for approval.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Step 1: Open the More section

    Open the Cricballlz app and go to the More section.

  2. Step 2: Go to Privacy Policy and more

    In the More section, tap Privacy Policy and more.

  3. Step 3: Tap Delete My Account

    Under the Privacy heading, tap Delete My Account.

  4. Step 4: Confirm the deletion

    A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm it to permanently delete your account.

Prefer to ask us instead? You can also request account deletion directly from the Feedback option in the Cricballlz mobile app.

Deletion is permanent. Once you confirm, your account cannot be recovered. To use Cricballlz again you will need to create a new account.

What happens to your data

Data we delete

  • Your account and profile
  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Address and PIN code
  • Preferences, interests and feedback you provided
  • Usage and app performance data linked to your account

Data we may keep

  • Records we are legally required to keep, for example to meet legal obligations, court orders or regulatory requirements. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are then securely deleted.
  • Aggregated or anonymised analytics that can no longer identify you.

We do not collect financial information or government-issued identity documents, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. For details on what we collect and why, read our Privacy Policy.

Can't access the app?

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, you can ask us to delete your account by email. Send your request from the email address registered with your Cricballlz account.

Use the subject line “Delete my Cricballlzaccount”. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours, and we aim to respond within 7 working days.
